Compass Connect will provide better road connections between Sydney's CBD and suburbs in the north, east, south and west.

Compass Connect will:

• enable traffic to bypass the Sydney CBD, Inner West and South West suburbs,
• provide dedicated bus and freight expressways, separated from general road traffic, and
  
• enable development of a new CBD orbital to better distribute Sydney's traffic.

Multi-modal transport interchanges and commuter car parks in strategic locations will:

• reduce traffic congestion in Sydney City and surrounding suburbs, 
  
• enable smooth and efficient movement between transport modes, and
• better integrate Sydney's road network with public transport services.

Compass Connect will accelerate the delivery of a better road network for Sydney.
